On Friday, March 16, 2012, Mayor Daniel Guerrero and his councilors were officially sworn in to office in a public ceremony which took place at Central Park. Mayor Daniel Guerrero delivered a welcome speech after which the official swearing in was carried out by Town Administrator, Mrs. Patty Tillett.

The mayor was the first to be sworn in followed by the Deputy Mayor, Severito Guerrero and the other councilors. Mayor Daniel Guerrero then officially presented to his town councilors their work portfolios for the year 2012-2013 which are as follows:

Is this the complete list of poertfolios? Because in the radio news I heard something about Foreign affairs or Foreign relations, and I said to myself," what the hell is that all about?" Is this council a diplomatic embassy or what?

Councilor Brackett, here is one for you to start. At Saca Chispa field there is a structure over the lagoon and they are flushing a toilet right into the lagoon. This is horrible. Kindly look into this and give us our response in this same media once you ave addressed it. Gracias.

I did went to check on the situation, from what I understand one of the vendor has been using the lagoon. I will be meeting with the health inspector in regards to this. Thanks for your concern.
