I read with interest.  As a memner of a a school board, I would like to suggest to Mr. Elijio to put into effect the curfew program announced by the Mayor two years ago.  Stop the talking and warming of seats.  To Mr. Alamilla on public utilities, to look intothe sewer system so urgently needed in San Juan, San Pablo, well everywhere.
