Even though everyone had to wait one more week for the event, it certainly added a thrilling excitement to the now popular Isla Bonita Annual Halloween Bazaar which was certainly Spooktacular this year.
Practically all the students were disguised in creative costumes ranging from La Llorona, headless man, a walking dead man, hunchback and tons of infants trying to scare everyone with a laugh.
Certainly the spooky house was everyone’s favorite but the teachers’ dancing completion took the show for the night! Games and prizes were abundant as well as food and drinks galore.
Winners for the costume competition were: Cutest: Naime Nasser, Scariest: Juliani Rivero, Funniest: Mitchell Sersland.
The night culminated with the breaking of the piñata which was enjoyed by parents, teachers and students alike. Certainly everyone is already anticipating next year’s Halloween Bazaar at Isla Bonita Elementary School which has grown to be a family and community extravaganza!
