Independence Day Jump Up

It was a perfect day for a parade! Residents of San Pedro took to the streets to celebrate Belize’s Independence with a massive parade that intertwined through the streets of town. It was maybe one of the biggest and most spirited of them all. Some Belize City residents were pointing out that it was even bigger and better than the Belize City Carnival Parade that took place just a few weeks ago.

Spirits were high as everybody had a great time! Below are the winners of this year’s Independence Day Parade!
