This week the Angel’s were treated to a one-of-a-kind experience at Black Orchid Spa, owned by Rebecca Arceo. We were greeted by the friendly staff who gave us a warm smile and warm wash cloths for our faces and hands. Our feet got attention too, with a soothing footbath; plus we were given a ginger and cranberry tea, all to prepare us for our treatments.

To our surprise, the spa environment was very quiet despite the fact that it is located in the middle of town. In fact, the entire design of the place is very tranquil. Scarleth was the first one pampered to the tranquil treatment rooms where she experienced a Coconut Body Polish by therapist Kristi Gonzalez. Grated coconut, coconut milk and sugar are mixed together and used as a scrub which is used to massage the entire body; it is perfect for exfoliating and moisturizing your skin leaving it soft and rejuvenated. This massage also included a moisturizing hair treatment to obtain a better shine and soft essence.

Sofia got to enjoy an After Sun Wrap by Beth Colon. This treatment has been specifically designed to relieve pain and damage caused by over exposure to the sun. A cooling puree of cucumber, blended with soothing Aloe Vera was applied to her entire body. Afterwards, her hair got a conditioning treatment while her body absorbed the cool cucumber mix under the layers of cold wraps.

Perlita received a Natural Glow facial which is a facial that is great for giving special attention and relaxation to your face. This time around The Angels coaxed the Big Boss to join in the action. Kristi gave him a relaxing foot massage in Black Orchid Spa’s men's treatment room. The room has a flat screen TV with wireless headphones and wireless internet for men to relax while enjoying Sports Manicure/Pedicure, Facials, Waxing, Massage, Body Scrubs.
