Dorian’s Angels at Extreme Geeks

Have you ever seen or heard Dorian’s Angels becoming or even looking like geeks? LOL... Yes, I know! Exactly what is going through your minds when I say geeks? WAIT! When I mean geeks I mean very genius minds, having the capability and mental faculty of reasoning and understanding. Perlita, Sofie and I once again headed out in turn for some learning skills at Xtreme Geeks with Edmond Chee and Nelson Cristobal. We got our Geek On, in a good way!

Computer servicing and electronic repairing is a bit hard work but, yet, fun. You get to experiment, play and learn how that one genius human came up with the yielding idea of a computer. In fact let’s put it this way, you get to play around with technology yourself.

Since, we are always willing in learning, each Angel took up a challenge at Xtreme Geeks. Perlita took the initiative in getting the knowledge on how to remove an integrated circuit or micro chip. While, on the other hand, I was going on a frenzy soldering a component on a board, my favorite! Sofia had an interesting task to complete; she tested for voltage on a mother-board. These are just few of the things we got to do and although we did not know EXACLTY why we did what we did, it was a learning experience. We cannot learn thoroughly how a computer works in one day. That takes a lot of experience; something that the geek techs at Xtreme Geeks have.

Both Edmond and Nelson are a very dynamic group that specializes from software to electronic hardware. They offer services such as: Computer Services, Electronic Repairs, Network Infrastructure Design, Server Systems, Audio & Video System, VHF communication Infrastructure design and more… Extreme Geeks is said to be the only electronic shop in the island that repairs Laptops and PC mother-boards. They also do on-sight works and are on call most of the time.
